Requirements:
Once the Embassy receives the application form, it will be typed in an Embassy letterhead. It will be mailed back to the applicant to sign in front of a notary public. And then the document should be sent back to the Embassy to be legalized by Embassy officials. Final step will be sending the documents back to the applicant, legalized and stamped.
Important Note:
Applicants sending their applications by mail must furnish the Embassy with a return envelope with tracking no. (postage/shipment paid by the applicant) using one of the services listed below. Failure to send one may cause delay in the return of the document (s).

The normal processing time for Power of Attorney may take at least three (3) to four (4) weeks. Please allow sufficient time to process Adding a child applications.
