Please send TDS your current valid and signed passport. U.S passport must be valid 6 months beyond intended stay and must have at least one blank visa page. If you do not have any blank visa pages in your passport, TDS can assist you in applying for additional pages. If your passport is not valid 6 months beyond your intended stay, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.

Please send 2 recent professional passport-type photographs.
Digital and non-passport photographs are not acceptable.

Please send a copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary or e-ticket, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. The itinerary must show the applicant's name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information. The Embassy does not recommend purchasing your ticket prior to a visa being issued.

Proof or sufficient funds for support (US$100 per day); a copy of a recent bank statement

Letter of invitation from your host citizen/resident in Angola. The invitation must be notarized by a local notary, then taken to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry will place a seal on the invitation. The invitation must then be faxed directly to the Angola Consulate in NY.  The Fax must be sent from Angola the Consulate will verify this.   (212-980-9606).

Your host should also fax a copy to you so you can include a copy with your application.
