Please send TDS your current valid and signed passport. U.S passport must be valid at least 6 months beyond intended stay and must have at least one blank visa page. If you do not have any blank visa pages in your passport, TDS can assist you in applying for additional pages. If your passport is not valid at least 6 months beyond your intended stay, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.

 

Please send 2 recent professional passport-type photographs.
Digital and non-passport photographs are not acceptable.

 

 

Please send a copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary or e-ticket, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. The itinerary must show the applicant's name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information. The Embassy does not recommend purchasing your ticket prior to a visa being issued.

 

 

A business letter of responsibility (sample) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:

The letter must explain all of the following:
Nature of business to be performed
Name and address of reference to be visited
This letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required
Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit
The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.

Travelers, on arrival, must state the amount of currency in bank notes, checks and travellers checks brought in to the country.
The statement is to be handed to the Exchange Control Office at the point of entry.
Exchange $50.00 at the point of entry.
The import or export of local currency is prohibited.
Passport must have at least six months remaining validity and contain at least one blank visa page for visa to be issued. TDS can assist with obtaining U.S. Passports, whether new issue, renewal, or obtaining additional visa pages for a valid passport.
