Please send a copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary or e-ticket, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. The itinerary must show the applicant's name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information. The Embassy does not recommend purchasing your ticket prior to a visa being issued.

Complete bio-data (resume) of the applicant.

 

 

A business letter of responsibility (sample) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:

The letter must explain all of the following:
Nature of business to be performed
Name and address of reference to be visited
This letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required
Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit

The business visa is usually issued for a Single or Multiple entry, valid for six months from date of issue, for a stay of three weeks.

Multiple entry business visa is usually valid for one year from issue date, for a stay of up to 8 weeks.

Travel for religious or volunteer work requires approval from the Immigration Department in Port Moresby; your sponsoring organization in PNG must obtain this approval for you (allow up to 4 months).

Passport must have at least six months remaining validity and contain at least one blank visa page for visa to be issued. TDS can assist with obtaining U.S. Passports, whether new issue, renewal, or obtaining additional visa pages for a valid passport.

Your application will be hand carried to the Embassy and is usually processed in 5 business days. Religious visit visa may be up to 5 months
