If you do not have any blank visa pages in your passport, TDS can assist you in applying for additional pages. If your passport is not valid for 6 months beyond your intended stay, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.

Digital and non-passport photographs are not acceptable.

 

 

Please send a copy of your round trip airline tickets and a copy of your travel intinerary. The itinerary must show the applicant's name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information. The Embassy does not recommend purchasing your ticket prior to a visa being issued.

 

 

A business letter of responsibility (sample) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:

The letter must explain all of the following:
Nature of business to be performed
Name and address of reference to be visited
This letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required
Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit
The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.

 

 

Letter of invitation on letterhead from a host company or organization in Cambodia. Invitation should detail intended dates of arrival and departure from the country, your name and passport number, and request any special visa conditions (Multiple Entries visa) if required. Fax or scan is accepted.

The CAMBODIA business visa is usually valid for a single entry only for a stay of up to 30 days.

The visa is valid for entry for three months from the date of issue. If your trip requires two entries to Cambodia, you must obtain the second entry upon arrival at a border enrry point or airport.

Your application will be hand carried to the Embassy. Visa processing time is usually not less than 6 business days. Rush service is available for urgent applications.
