Please send TDS your current valid and signed passport. It must not expire within 6 months and must have at least one blank visa page.  If your passport expires within 6 months, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.

Please send 1 recent professional passport-type photograph.

Proof of US Status

Please send the Original Alien Registration Card (Green Card) -or- evidence of legal status in USA (valid visa plus I-94 in passport)

A business letter of responsibility (sample) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:
Consulate of China, Visa Section, San Francisco

The letter must explain all of the following:
Nature of business to be performed
Name and address of reference to be visited
This letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required
Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit
The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.

Letter of Invitation

(1) An Original visa notification issued by the authorized Chinese unit. (such as the Chinese Foreign Ministry)

(2) An Original and a photocopy of the Work Permit for Aliens issued by the Chinese Labor Ministry or the original of Foreign Expert's License issued by the Chinese Foreign Expert Bureau.

A visa notification issued by the authorized Chinese unit or proof of kinship, e.g. marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc, is required for the accompanying family members.
