Passport
Please send TDS your current valid and signed passport. It must not expire within 6 months and must have at least one blank visa page. If your passport expires within 6 months, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.
Photo
Please send 2 recent professional passport-type photographs.
Digital and non-passport photographs are not acceptable.
Diplomat Letter or Note
Letter from sending department or agency, addressed to "Embassy of Colombia, Washington D.C. ", explaining purpose of travel and dates of the trip.

Additional Helpful Information
The visa is usually valid for 90 days from date of issue, for stay of up to 90 days. Application for a stay longer than 90 days will take 10 days to process.
