Please send TDS your current valid and signed passport. It must not expire within 6 months and must have at least one blank visa page. If your passport expires within 6 months, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.
Diplomat Letter or Note
Letter from sending Government Department or Agency, addressed to:
Embassy of the Dominican Republic, Visa Section, Washington D. C.
The letter must explain all of the following:
Applicant's name and occupation
Purpose of the trip
Dates of the trip
Contact person in the Dominican Republic
No application form or photos are necessary

Additional Helpful Information
This visa is usually valid for ninety days from date of issue, for a period of stay not to exceed 30 days.
Your application will be hand carried to the Embassy. Processing time at the Embassy is usually 1-2 business days.
