REQUIREMENTS FOR NON-U.S. CITIZENS TO OBTAIN A VISA TO ENTER GEORGIA
Passport
Please send TDS your current valid and signed passport. It must not expire within 6 months and must have at least one blank visa page. If your passport expires within 6 months, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.
Photo
Please send 1 recent professional passport-type photograph.
Digital and non-passport photographs are not acceptable.
Proof of US Status
Photocopy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card) -or- evidence of legal status in USA (valid visa plus I-94 in passport)
Business Invitation
The name of an inviting organization in Georgia and the exact dates of travel and purpose of travel are required in writing on Company letterhead.
Tourist Invitation
The name of an inviting individual or organization in Georgia and the exact dates of travel and purpose of travel are required in writing.

Additional Helpful Information
Visa Requirements, processing times, validity of the visa, and Embassy visa fees are subject to change without prior notice.
The visa is usually issued for a single entry for a period of 2 months from date of issue, provided the passport remains valid. Multiple entry visa for 6 months or for one year take at least three weeks to issue.
Your application will be hand carried to the Embassy, and is usually processed in 5-15 business days (45 business days for multi-entry). Rush processing is not available at this time.
