If you do not have any blank visa pages in your passport, TDS can assist you in applying for additional pages. If your passport is not valid at least 6 months beyond your intended stay, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.

NOTE: Passport cannot contain an Israeli stamp.

Minors

 

Covering letter specifying the length of stay and purpose of the trip.

Applicants of Lebanese origin must present copy of Lebanese ID card. (Tathkarat al-Hawiya or Ikhraj Kayd)

Spouse of applicants of Lebanese origin must submit a copy of the marriage certificate and a copy of the spouse's Lebanese ID.

An address in Lebanon is necessary.

Passport must have at least six months remaining validity and contain at least one blank visa page for visa to be issued. TDS can assist with obtaining U.S. Passports, whether new issue, renewal, or obtaining additional visa pages for a valid passport.
