Please send TDS your current valid and signed passport. It must not expire within 6 months and must have at least one blank visa page. If your passport expires within 6 months, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.

Please send 1 recent professional passport-type photograph.
Digital and non-passport photographs are not acceptable.

 

 

Diplomat Letter or Note

Letter from US Department of State Travel office or US Army.

The letter must explain all of the following:
Applicant's position and title
Purpose of the trip
Dates of the intended visit
Contact person in Saudi Arabia

Additional Helpful Information

The Saudi Arabia visa is usually issued for a single entry within 60 days provided the passport remains valid, for a period of stay not exceeding 30 days.

Your application will be hand carried to the Embassy, and is usually processed in 3-4 business days.
