If you do not have any blank visa pages in your passport, TDS can assist you in applying for additional pages. If your passport does not have at least 12 months remaining validity, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.

Please send a copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary or e-ticket, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. The itinerary must show the applicant's name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information. The Embassy does not recommend purchasing your ticket prior to a visa being issued.

A business letter of responsibility (sample) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:

The letter must explain all of the following:
Nature of business to be performed
Name and address of reference to be visited
This letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required
Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit
The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.

 

 

Letter of invitation on letterhead from a host company or organization in Sierra Leone. Invitation should detail intended dates of arrival and departure from the country, your name and passport number, and request any special visa conditions (Multiple Entries visa) if required. A profile of the applicant's company is to be included. Fax or scan is accepted.

The Multiple entry visa is valid for one year , for maximum stay on each entry of 30 days.

Rush processing is available for a nominal additional fee.

Passport must have at least 12 months remaining validity and contain at least one blank visa page for visa to be issued.

TDS can assist with obtaining U.S. Passports, whether new issue, renewal, or obtaining additional visa pages for a valid passport.

Your application will be checked and hand carried to the Embassy, and is usually processed in five business days. Rush service in 1-2 business days is available for additional embassy fee of $50.00.
