Passport
Please send TDS your current valid and signed passport. It must not expire within 6 months and must have at least one blank visa page. If your passport expires within 6 months, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.
Photo
Please send 3 recent professional passport-type photographs.
Digital and non-passport photographs are not acceptable.
Diplomat Letter or Note
Letter from sending department or agency, addressed to:
Embassy of Togo, Visa Section, Washington DC
The letter must explain all of the following:
Applicant's occupation and title
Purpose of travel
Expected dates of the intended visit
Contact person in Togo
Vaccinations
Vaccinations - International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever required.

Additional Helpful Information
The visa is usually valid for multiple entries for three months from date issued, for a stay up to 90 days.
Your application will be checked and hand carried to the Embassy, and is usually processed in 2-5 business days.
